MedPep proudly ships Australia-wide using trusted postal and courier partners to ensure your order arrives safely and efficiently.

Standard Shipping

• FREE on orders over $150 AUD

Orders below $150 will incur a standard shipping fee calculated at checkout.

Express Shipping

• Estimated delivery: 1–3 business days

• Available Australia-wide

• FREE on orders over $200 AUD

Orders below $200 will incur an express shipping fee calculated at checkout.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1 business day after payment has been received and cleared.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information where applicable.
